We publish editorial content, reflections, tools and resources intended to encourage thought, conversation and personal reflection.

From time to time, The Life Edits may also offer events, collaborations, digital products, workshops or other services.

We reserve the right to change, add, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or our offerings at any time.

The Life Edits may make resources available without charge, including Your Midlife Mirror.

Unless otherwise stated, these resources are provided for your own personal use.

You may download, save and use them personally, but you may not:

• reproduce them for commercial purposes;

• sell or redistribute them;

• substantially copy or adapt them and present them as your own;

• upload them to another platform for public distribution; or

• use The Life Edits branding, designs or materials commercially without our written permission.

Making a resource available without charge does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights in that resource.

6. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

When you subscribe to MuseFlash, request Your Midlife Mirror, or otherwise choose to receive communications from us, we may send you emails connected with The Life Edits.

Where relevant, the sign-up form will explain what communications you are joining.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

Short quotations may also be shared for genuine commentary or discussion where The Life Edits is appropriately credited and applicable law permits such use.

You may not reproduce substantial parts of our articles, resources or other original content without our prior written permission.

The Life Edits maintains a presence on third-party social media platforms.

We welcome discussion and differing opinions, but we reserve the right to moderate or remove comments from our own pages where they are abusive, discriminatory, threatening, unlawful, spam, deliberately misleading or otherwise inappropriate.

Interaction with The Life Edits on social media does not automatically give us permission to use your comments, photographs, messages or other personal contributions in our marketing.

Where we wish to feature identifiable user content, testimonials or private communications, we will seek appropriate permission where required.

That is an intentional change from your old terms, and I strongly prefer it. Your previous wording essentially claimed broad promotional rights over anything someone sent or commented. That's unnecessarily aggressive for TLE.

The website may contain links to other websites, products, services, articles or social media platforms that we think may be useful or relevant.

The Life Edits does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, products or services.

Following an external link is at your own discretion.

If The Life Edits uses affiliate links or enters into a commercial partnership in the future, we will identify that relationship appropriately where required.

10. PAID PRODUCTS, EVENTS OR SERVICES

The Life Edits may introduce paid products, events, workshops or other services from time to time.
